You can make a
Choker with a sliding knot (für Her und Him):

You should use leather or cotton cord with a diameter between circa 1mm and 2mm.

Length of the cord:
at least circumference of the head (mostly needed 50 − 70cm) + ca. 20cm,
to make a longer necklace take a longer cord, please put the bead(s) on the cord knot the cord like shown at the picture tighten the knots cut the ends of the cord or decorate them with small beads now you can change the lenght of the choker by slide the knots
finish.
